It's green on the road. The bamboo shoots come out of the ground. When eating bamboo shoots, if you don't eat a few fresh shoots, it seems that this spring is not perfect. Step3:Heat the oil in the wok (put more oil in the wok, after all, stew the bamboo shoots) and stir fry the blanched bamboo shoots. Spray a little yellow rice wine.
