Step1:Pour the seasoning of delicious braised pork into the bowl. Add 700ml water and stir well. Set aside. Cut 400g pork five flowers into 3cm square blocks for use.
Step2:Add 1 tbsp (15ml) of refined oil into the wok after it is heated. Add pork pieces. Fry until golden on the surface. Add some yellow wine to remove fishiness.
Step3:Pour in the well mixed stewed pork sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat and turn to low heat. Cover and simmer for about 40 minutes. Open the lid and simmer until the sauce is thick.
