Step1:Wash and soak the red bean for more than 1 hour. Add water (foam the red bean. Don't use too much water) and press it in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes. Take out the red bean and knead it with your hands
Step2:Drain the water. Put some oil in the pot. Stir fry the red beans until the water is dry. Add sugar and continue to stir fry
Step3:It's just about as thick as the stir fry
Step4:It's the first time I've done it, too. I've been groping for experience and correcting it slowly
