Step8:Prepare a high temperature resistant container. Put a sieve on it.
Step9:Boil while skimming.
Step10:In this state, I won't boil any more. Turn off the fire.
Step11:Pour all the oil residue into the sieve. Control for a while. Sprinkle sugar or salt and stir it.
Step12:The cooked lard is crystal clear. It's light yellow.
Step13:After 23 hours, it turns white.
