Spaghetti cabonara is my favorite. It's hard to describe its unique taste with endless aftertaste. It's rich, salty, fragrant and smooth. It is the first choice of Western food and pasta. But such a seemingly simple pasta is one of my most failed recipes before. The difficulty lies in how to make good eggs. The fresh and tender eggs are too easy to be boiled.
