Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Rinse Chinese toon. Put it into a pot of boiling water. Stir it up. Then wash it with cold boiling water.

2. 

   Step2:Cut off the Toon. Break up the egg.

3. 

   Step3:Medium heat. Add some oil and stir fry Chinese toon.

4. 

   Step4:Pour in the egg.

5. 

   Step5:Stir fry.

6. 

   Step6:Add some salt. Stir well.

7. 

   Step7:Out of the pot.
