When the beater is lifted and there is a small sharp corner, the dry foaming egg white cream is ready. This is the state Qifeng cake needs. At this time, you can use low speed for one minute to reduce air bubbles.
Step12:Take 1 / 3 of the egg cream and put it in the egg yolk batter.
Step13:The method of turning is just like our usual action of cooking. Turn it up from the bottom and press it down. Mix well.

Step17:Put it in the preheated oven. 160 ℃ for 60 minutes. The temperature of each oven is different. Please set the temperature according to your own oven temper. Do not open the oven door for the first 30 minutes of baking. Check the baking condition after 30 minutes. If there is cracking, adjust the temperature to 10 degrees.
