Step2:Peel the tomato (make a cross at the bottom. Pour it into the pot. Scald it in the water to peel it well). Cut into small pieces. Put a little oil in the pot. Stir in the tomato until it is slightly juicy. Add 100ml of hot water. Cook in a low heat for 6 minutes to make the tomato paste.
Step3:Add the marinated chicken breast and fry until it changes color.
Step4:Add another 45g of diced vegetables. Add half a spoon of salt. Heat for about 1 minute. Chicken breast in tomato sauce.
Step5:140g chicken breast is washed and cut into long strips. Pat gently with the back of the knife (to make the taste more tender). Put into the bowl.
Step6:Add 2 tablespoons cooking wine, 1 tablespoon yogurt, an egg white, a little salt, chili powder and black pepper, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes. *Using yogurt can make chicken breast taste more tender. If you don't want spicy, you can also not put chili powder.
Step7:Pour 25g of bread bran into a bowl or plate and spread evenly. Dip the marinated chicken breast into it until it is even.
Step8:Preheat the oven for 200 degrees. Pad the baking tray with oil paper. Put in the chicken fillet wrapped with bread bran. When the oven reaches the temperature, put it in the middle layer of the oven for 20 minutes, then take it out. Finish. *Determine the oven time according to the thickness of the cut. If the cut is thin, bake for about 15 minutes.
Step9:Wash 1 piece of chicken breast and drain the water. Slice it horizontally into two pieces. Pat gently with the back of a knife or a meat hammer.
Step10:First add half spoon of cooking wine to chicken breast meat and smear evenly. Then add half spoon of salt baked chicken powder and half spoon of sea salt. Smear a little oil on the surface. Finally, stick some ginger slices on the surface and marinate for 20 minutes.
Step11:Put a thin layer of oil on the bottom of the electric rice cooker. Put in the chicken breast. Add 2 tablespoons of water and press the cooking button to cook for 8 minutes.
Step12:When the chicken breast is golden, turn it over and cook for another 6 minutes. Baked chicken breast with rice and salt.
