I went to the market with my mother and saw a great Coprinus mushroom. I just couldn't help buying it back. Coprinus is delicious. I love stew or hot pot. This small one is better. The whole stew doesn't need to be cut.
Step1:Coprinus comatus, white mushroom and cordyceps mushroom.
Step2:Clean and control water.
Step3:Stewed spareribs.
Step4:Spare ribs with scallion, ginger and star anise. Stew for half an hour. Add in the mushrooms and simmer for 20 minutes.
