Whether it's rice or porridge, shredded potato is a very common dish. It's hot and sour. It's one of my favorite dishes.
Step1:Prepare the potatoes. Wash the green peppers.
Step2:Slice the potatoes.
Step3:Cut the silk.
Step4:Soak potatoes in water to remove starch.
Step5:Drain the water from the shredded potatoes. Cut the green peppers. Prepare the dried peppers and pepper for use.
Step6:Put in green pepper, dry pepper and prickly ash to stir fry.
Step7:Add the shredded potatoes and stir for about 1 minute.
Step8:Add salt, thirteen spices, chicken essence, oyster sauce, delicious vinegar. (after vinegar is put in, it can prevent potatoes from becoming soft and ensure crispy taste
Step9:Come out of the pot and put it on the plate. It's a little cooler and tastes more sour and spicy.
Cooking tips:1. Cut potatoes into thin slices. 2. Pour in shredded potato and stir fry for 1 minute, then put in vinegar to prevent it from becoming soft and delicious.
