Step1:Shred potatoes. Soak in water for at least 2 minutes.
Step2:Cut the dried pepper / millet pepper into circles. Slice the garlic.
Step3:Sauce - in a bowl, add chopped garlic slices, 2 tablespoons of raw soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sugar, oyster sauce and some salt. Stir well.
Step4:Stir fry the dried peppers / millet peppers in hot oil for 30 seconds. Pour in the drained potato shreds and stir for 1 minute. Pour in the mixed material juice and stir for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and put on the plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Cooking tips:The shredded potatoes are easy to ripen. They don't need to be cooked for long. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
