The first time I saw Chinese Toon in the market of Guangzhou, it was never eaten in Taiwan before. I bought it and boiled it. Unfortunately, I don't like the taste of Chinese toon.
Step1:Wash and blanch Chinese toon. Turn red to gree
Step2:Beat two eggs for standby. Cut the hot toon into small pieces. Add in the egg liquid. Add a little salt and chicken powder. Mix well
Step3:Take a small pot (it's better not to touch the pot). Add some oil. Turn on the heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Cover the pan and bake. Wait until the eggs are about 7 or 8 minutes cooked. Fry on the opposite side. Nice baked eggs are on the table.
