Cooking tips:1. I use streaky pork. It's thin and fat. It's delicious to bake. It's not greasy. If you like the taste of pure lean meat, you can choose plum meat, which is tender. 2. I pickled it for 3 days. It tastes good. If it's urgent, I should marinate it for at least 24 hours. It's better to have a long time. 3. When baking, make sure to put the baking tray covered with tin paper under the baking mesh. Otherwise, the oil dripping from the barbecue will make the oven extremely difficult to clean.
