Step4:Handle the skin. Scrape off the fat on the skin and set aside. Boil the meat skin in cold water. Take out the meat skin and hang up the remaining fat with a knife. This time, rarely throw it away directly. At this time, the meat skin is very clean.
Step5:Put the meat skin into cold water after treatment. Add some scallion, some pepper, an octagon, a piece of fragrant leaves, and break a little cinnamon. Boil in a high heat for another 5 minutes. Remove the meat skin and cut it into small pieces and put it into the meat for marinating
Step6:In the baking tray, lay tin paper. Cut the vegetables. I cut mushroom slices, mushroom slices and chicken slices. Then cut the remaining onion of the bacon. Mix all the vegetables and put them into the baking tray with tin paper. Take a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of raw soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, proper amount of pepper powder, cumin powder, chili powder. Or you can have a dry barbecue plate.
