A simple western style dish. The characteristics of the dish are crisp outside and tender inside. The color is golden.
Step1:Remove the pork tenderloin from the fascia. Cut it into thick slices horizontally. Loosen and thin with a pat. Sprinkle with salt, cooking wine and pepper and marinate for about 10 minutes.
Step2:Dip the pork tenderloin with starch, egg mixture and crumb
Step3:Heat the frying pan. Put in the cooking oil. Heat it to 40-50%. Deep fry the pork in a large row until both sides are golden. Remove the oil and put it into a plate. Take a small bowl and dip the tomato sauce into the plate.
