Squid is one of my favorites. I used to buy squid at street stalls. There are also various kinds of so-called bombardment squid. The repeatedly fried oil plus the unclean squid. It's really unhygienic and unsafe. I pickled it myself. Fried it well. Basically say goodbye to the roadside stall. Do what you like.
Step1:Clean the squid. Tear off the black film on the skin. Wash it and cut it into the size you like. Add some rice wine, fresh soy sauce, pepper and sugar to marinate for 2030 minutes.
Step2:Starch and flour (3-1 ratio). Add an egg, a little salt and a little water to make it sticky. Don't be too thin. Otherwise, squid will not hang.
Step3:Mix with squid before frying. Grasp evenly.
Step4:When the oil is warm, you can fry it. Fry squid in medium low heat until it's brown.
Step5:Control the dry oil and you can eat it. It's crispy. You can't stop.
