   Step1:Cut off the prawns, wash and control the dryin

   Step2:Beat up the egg white and put in a proper amount of salt and a small amount of starch to mix wel

3. 

   Step3:Pour prawns into the egg mixtur

4. 

   Step4:Heat up the oil and fry the prawns with egg mixture in turn
