Step1:Soybeans weigh 150g. Wash them and soak them one night in advance. In summer, they can be soaked in the refrigerator. Soak the soybeans in advance. So before tofu brain is made, it's all raw soymilk. Don't boil it directly. I've never tried to make tofu brain with cooked soymilk before, so we must use raw soymilk. The effect of the cooking stick / machine is almost the same. The advantages of the cooking stick are good cleaning, low noise, and the amount of food can be adjusted by itself. Add water to the soaked beans. Add up to 1200ml to start the soybean milk grinding. Because the capacity is small, it has been grinded twice. It takes five minutes each time. It is also successful to add water to 1500ml through the wall breaking machine. We look at the appliances we like to choose.
Step3:The ground soymilk is filtered by flour sieve to make the taste more delicate. Under normal circumstances, it should be 800ml soymilk. Accidentally sprinkled some out. I measured the remaining 600ml.
