When I went to Guilin earlier, my sister took me to eat the dry pot duck from the local farm. I fell in love with the taste. I'll try it on my own when I come back. Although the taste is not authentic, it's still good overall. Write it down and share it with you.
Step1:The preparation materials are garlic cloves, ginger slices, fragrant leaves, dried peppers, wolfberry, angelica, scallion, onion (onion is the best choice. It will taste better if you stir fry them together). I forgot to buy it here.)
Step2:After cooking hot oil, all ingredients except Angelica will be poured into the pot to stir fry
Step3:Stir fry the ingredients until they smell good, and then pour them into the cooked duck meat. (hint - it's better to fish the duck meat for a long time. Otherwise, the meat will be hard after stir frying
Step4:Stir fry duck meat for a while, then add half a bowl of water, extra soy sauce, soy sauce, crystal sugar and monosodium glutamate
Step5:Don't forget to add the prepared angelica. (hint - Angelica is the soul of this dish.)
Step6:Add all the ingredients and bring to a boil over high heat. Bring to a boil over low heat for about 10 minutes. Bring to a boil and collect the juice. Then add a spoonful of cooking wine and stir fry it evenly before leaving the pot.
Step7:Ding can be put out of the pot. (tip - if you don't have dried peppers at home, you can replace them with an old Ganma. Or you can add a spoonful of old Ganma if the taste is spicy.
Step8:Sprinkle some white sesame and scallion on the plate. It will look more appetizing. ^
