Step1:Prepare materials.

Cooking tips:1. It is recommended to wear gloves on the sharp pepper and cut it again. Otherwise, the hand is easy to be hot and hard to wash. 2. It's recommended to stir fry the peppers slowly over medium heat until they become soft and discolored. It took me about 6 minutes. 3. add miso and stir fry in low heat for 5~6 minutes to help the pepper taste. 4.
