I have a fitness girl at home. I chose this low-fat bread with little sugar and oil. The recipe comes from @ leaf's love and kitchen.
Step1:Put the ingredients except cranberry and walnuts into the bread machine. Knead the dough for 30 minutes and start to ferment. The dough is 2.5 times larger. Take it out and divide it into 2 parts. Cover with wet cloth and relax for 10 minute
Step2:Cranberries are dry, warm and soft. Use kitchen paper to absorb water and cut them into pieces. Raw walnuts are cut into pieces

Step4:From top to bottom into an oval shape. Cover with wet cloth for fermentation. Now the room temperature will be twice as big as befor
Step5:The fermented dough is patterned with a knife. Sift some high flour
Step6:Preheat oven. 190 ℃ for 15 minute
Step7:Cut. The taste of the finished product is solid and fragran
Cooking tips:The second step is to put the fermentation on a non stick baking tray. There is no baking paper and oil. The bottom of the bread is on the baking tray. Next time, remember to improve your cooking skills.
