Step1:Prepare the main ingredients. Cut the tofu into 1cm thick rectangular pieces. Dice the mushrooms and asparagus. Mix the carrot, corn and peas together for the mixed vegetables. Supermarkets can buy it off the shelf. Chop the garlic. Chop the green onion.
Step2:Put enough water in the pot to boil. Add a little salt. When the water boils, pour in assorted vegetables, asparagus and mushroom.
Step3:When the blanching is done, take it out.
Step4:Take out and control the water.
Step5:Put some oil into another pot.
Step6:When the oil is 7 minutes hot, fry it in tofu.
Step7:When the tofu pieces are fried on both sides until they are tender yellow, remove the oil control.
Step8:In another pot, pour some oil into the pot. Heat it and stir fry the chopped onion and garlic.
Step9:Pour in the assorted vegetables. Stir fry the asparagus and mushrooms.
Step10:Pour in a bowl of water.
Step11:Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, chicken essence and 3 tablespoons water starch and mix well.
Step12:Bring to a boil. Pour in the fried tofu, cover with the lid, and simmer for 3 minutes.
Step13:If there is too much soup, put it in a big fire before you leave the pot.
