Step1:Peel and wash the bamboo shoots.
Step2:Cut the bamboo shoots into 3cm long slices and marinate them with a little salt. Slice the bacon.
Step3:Control the water with the salted shoots. Add in the hot water and stir in the thick soup treasure. Pour into the plate (one third of the shoots) and steam for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the chives and stir them up.
