It's made of cauliflower. It tastes very similar to mashed potatoes. It's greasy and smooth, but there's no starch in mashed potatoes. It's much healthier than that. Especially I use coconut oil instead of butter. It's more healthy and nutritious. I'm not afraid to eat more.
Step1:Break the cauliflower into small pieces. Try to use only flowers. Not too many stems. Put it in the steamer.
Step2:Boil a pot of water. Steam the cauliflower on the shelf for 15 minutes. Some people like to cook cauliflower with water. But because cauliflower has no starch and does not absorb water, it is easy to get too wet after wearing water. The soup of the cauliflower mud soup is not good. It's OK to cook. But after cooking, it must be drained in the hollowed out basket.
Step3:When the cauliflower is steamed, pour it out and drain the water. Then put it for a few minutes.
Step4:Now turn on the fire. Cool the oil in a cold pot. Put in coconut oil. Then put in the chopped garlic. Stir it and start the fire immediately. Be careful not to let the garlic paste. Coconut oil is very healthy. But be sure to use high-quality coconut oil. Otherwise, it will have a little strange smell. If you can't get good coconut oil, use butter. Butter makes the taste more perfect.
Step5:Pour coconut oil and garlic powder into the blender. Add half milk and half cauliflower. Add cheese if you like.
Step6:Mix well to make mud. pour out. Continue to add milk and the remaining cauliflower in the blender. Mix again. Note that if the cauliflower is large, it may need to be evenly mixed in three times.
Step7:Put the cauliflower puree into a large bowl. Add salt, chicken powder and white pepper to taste.
Step8:It goes well with everything - chicken wings, roast chicken, steak, pork chop. All in all, it's used instead of mashed potatoes or rice.
