Step1:Prepare materials as shown in the figure.
Step2:Thaw Canadian Arctic shrimp at room temperature. Remove the head and shell. Leave the shrimp meat.

Step7:Wash the lettuce leaves and put them on the bottom of the bowl. Put in wonton while it's hot. Put in a few intact shrimps. Sprinkle with scallion and a little sesame oil.
