Dumplings are one of the traditional pasta dishes in China. Pizza comes from western countries. Making dumplings with a quick Kwai skin is simple and delicious.
Step1:Dice chicken breast meat (it's sold in bean and fruit store). Mix with the seasoning of horseradish and fish flower in chicken and marinate for 10 minutes.
Step2:Red pepper and green melon have been diced separately.
Step3:Put some water into the pot and bring to a boil. Add corn grains, red peppers and green melon blanching water. Cut off the raw materials. Remove and control the water content.
Step4:The dumpling skin is spread on the baking tray. The surface is brushed with tomato sauce. The baking tray I use is not stick proof, so I need the bedding oil paper.
Step5:Put in diced vegetables. Vegetables can be replaced with other vegetables. But the water content should not be too high.
Step6:Put in the marinated chicken breast.
Step7:Spread the mozzarella cheese. You can put more in it if you make it yourself.
Step8:Squeeze in the salad dressing. The amount of sauce depends on your taste.
Step9:Preheat the oven at 180 ℃ up and down. Bake for 12 minutes.
