Step1:Prepare the required material

Step5:Mix and press with a scraper. Make them blend together evenly. Leave the dough standing for at least one hour. 2 hours is the best
Step6:Divide the dough into 6 parts, 20 grams each. Divide the five kernel filling into 30 grams each. There are 6 parts in total.
Step7:Take a dough. Press it into pieces in the palm of your hand. Put in five kernel stuffing
Step8:Push the dough up with the tiger mouth position until the filling is completely wrapped.
Step9:After all the dough is wrapped, put some corn starch in the dough to prevent sticking. Put the dough into the moon cake mold
Step10:Press it hard. Push it out into the non stick baking tray. After pressing it all, spray a little water with the watering can
Step11:Preheat oven 170 degrees. Put in middle layer. Bake for 56 minute
Step12:Take out and brush a layer of yolk liquid on the moon cake surfac
Step13:Bake again in oven for about 15 minute

Cooking tips:When mixing the ready mixed powder of moon cake, don't over stir it. There are skills to prevent the dough from glutening and making dishes delicious.
