Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Wash rice and soak for 1 hour.

2. 

   Step2:Put a layer of oil around the pot.

3. 

   Step3:Sliced bacon sausage.

4. 

   Step4:Boiled rape.

   Step5:Pour the rice into the pot and add some water, boil it in high heat, then turn to low heat.

   Step6:After about 10 minutes, the rice appears small bubbles.

   Step7:Put the sausages in place. Scoop up a spoonful of oil and pour it along the edge of the pot.

   Step8:Beat an egg in about 10 minutes. Pour in the sauce.

   Step9:I'm using cappuccino. You can make it yourself. Use soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar. But this sauce tastes good and is worth recommending. Now I use this sauce for chicken, rice, beef and rice.
