Oxtail soup needs more cilantro (coriander) to stimulate its unique strong fragrance. It's the same as niuzatang. Otherwise, it's a little smelly. If you don't eat cilantro, you can add shallot.
Step1:Cut radish and ginger for us
Step2:Boil the oxtail in cold water and remove the floating debris.
Step3:Stir fry the onion and ginger in the oil, then add the oxtail. Because the butter is more stir fried. When the temperature in the pot is very high, add the flower carving to remove the fishy smell.
Step4:Add cold water to the pot (heating water is thick soup). I think the clear soup is more refreshing. Put the stainless steel thick soup pot (casserole) in high heat, then turn to low heat and stew for at least 2 hours. Slow stew can produce fragrance. Pressure cooker is not recommended.
Step5:The oxtail can be poked with chopsticks to add white radish. I added some black fungus. Stew radish and crisp, add sugar and salt, cook for one minute, then turn off the heat and add chopped coriander. Finish. Although it's a greasy food, the soup is very refreshing. It's bleached with butter. It's nutritious with refreshing radish slices and black fungus. It's very suitable for drinking in cold weather.
