Step2:Shred the onion and ginger. Cut the garlic. Cut the spicy millet into pieces, as shown in the picture.
Step3:Put the oil in the pot. When the smoke starts to light, put in onion, ginger, garlic, rattan pepper and millet pepper. Stir fry to the degree as shown in the figure and add salt and soy sauce. If your taste is heavier, you can add some chili oil. If you want something juicy, add more soy sauce and less oil. At this time, another stove will cook noodles with water. Step4:Just fry to the extent shown in the picture.
Step5:Pour the fried seasoning over the torn chicken and mix well. After mixing, the taste will go in after a while. When you wait, cut the cucumber into slices and wait for noodles.
Step6:After the noodles are cooked, be sure to use cold water. Then add cucumber shreds and chicken shreds to the noodles. A spicy and refreshing cold noodles is especially suitable for eating in the hot summer ~ ~ the noodles are better to be thick. They are too thin and tasteless.
