Lunch meat from the recent fire. I have nothing to do. The whole family like it.
Step1:Pork tenderloin. Add a little pork as you like. Wash. Soak in cold water.
Step2:Minced meat.
Step3:Prepare a proper amount of onion, ginger and garlic. Don't overdo it. Increase or decrease it according to your taste.
Step4:Keep chopping with the meat.
Step5:The more finely you chop it, the better. You can use a cooking machine.
Step6:Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, soy sauce, pepper, cooking wine, honey, eggs and salt. Mix well. Pay attention to mixing in one direction.
Step7:Mix the starch flour and water evenly. Pour into the meat. Keep stirring until it is thick.
Step8:Prepare a high temperature resistant container. Apply a little sesame oil. Put the mixed meat mud into it. Compact.
Step9:Wrap tin paper around the container and put it into the steamer. Steam over high heat for 30 minutes. Remove and cool.
Step10:Slice and serve. No additional lunch meat. Suitable for breakfast or side dishes of the whole family.
