Sweet potato is rich in sugar and protein. Multi vitamin dietary fiber has a high nutritional value. It is also one of the top ten anti-cancer food. Especially in winter, come to a piece of dried sweet potato. It tastes different.
Step1:Choose medium sized sweet potato to wash. It can be peeled or not. If not, soak in light salt water for 10 minutes.
Step2:Cut into slices of about 6mm.

Cooking tips:I think about 6mm slice is just right. Then I decide the baking time according to my preference. If I want to have some tendons, I will extend the baking time. If I want to have some soft slices, I will do it in about six hours. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
