When the cooking wine is completely dry, put the water in the stewing pan (1 / 3 of the water in the stewing brisket or all of it) into the brine bag. Boil for 5 minutes. Pour all the things in the frying pan into the stewing pan. When the medium heat is over, turn it to low heat. Stew for more than 1.5 hours.
