Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Wash and slice the loi

   Step2:Add in starch cooking wine and marinate. Beat in the egg white and grasp evenly.

3. 

   Step3:Marinated sirloin with 70% oil in hot po

   Step5:Deep fry the loin with oil until golden brown, and then serve in a mixing vessel.
