Step1:Slice the loin. Add a little salt. Submerge the cornflour for ten minutes. Then wrap each slice with cornflour.
Step2:Heat 70% of the oil into the tenderloin and fry for a while. When the oil rises to 90% of the heat, fry again and then fish out. Put the green oil into the oil pan and fish out.
Step3:Leave a little oil. Put in the sauce, sugar and white vinegar until it's thick. Add in the fried sirloin. Stir fry the green peppers and put them on a plate.
