I love spicy hot pot. I can't get out of the door. I've been practicing cooking at home recently. So I tried to make it at home. It's simpler than I thought. Generally speaking, it's a dish of fried assorted vegetables. Buy a package of spicy pot ingredients. Then fry or blanch the ingredients you want to eat and assemble them together.
Step1:Cut celery and cauliflower and blanch for use.
