Step1:Use 280g warm water of about 40 degrees to mix 6G yeast powder. Then pour it into flour and stir while adding water to form a dough. Then add fresh-keeping film to ferment to about twice the size. If there is no heating, you can use the oven to ferment. The temperature of the oven is adjusted to 40 degrees. On the baking plate, use a small plate to hold water and put it in to produce steam. Pay attention to the observation during the fermentation. It took me more than 1 hour to ferment.
Step2:In the bowl, put 15 grams of five flavor powder or thirteen flavor seasoning into 15 grams of dry flour and stir evenly. Then add 20 grams of cooking oil in the frying pan and heat it, pour it into the prepared flour and quickly mix it evenly. It becomes a pastry. Cool it for standby.
Step3:The dough is rubbed for half a minute to exhaust air. Then it is rolled out into a rectangular large piece with a thickness of about 0.5mm. Then the pastry is covered with dough.
Step4:Roll the dough into a long strip from one side like a rolling towel. Then divide it into 10 evenly. Then squeeze the two sections of each dosage tightly and seal it. Then roll it into a circle. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a small round cake about 1cm thick.
Step5:Beat the egg liquid with 1 whisk, and then apply the brush on the cake embryo with cooked white sesame. Apply to both sides. Then brush the thin cooking oil on the baking tray and arrange the pie embryo in order.
Step6:Preheat the oven for 5 minutes at 200 degrees. Put the pancakes into the oven and bake for 20 minutes. After baking, cool the pancakes, which are crisp on the outside and tough on the inside. It's softer inside when it's hot.
