Cooking tips:1 - the bean sprouts must be cooked. Otherwise, the bean sprouts that are not cooked will be poisoned. Seriously, it will be fatal. 2 - judge whether the bean sprouts are fried. Use chopsticks to hold a bean sprout in your mouth and chew it. If there is no bean smell, it means they are cooked. 3 - the bean sprouts bought should be soaked in light salt water for 15-20 minutes and cleaned with water. This can remove 80% of the pesticide residues in the bean sprouts. 4 - to buy bean sprouts, we must select the ones with long roots and short roots, which are cultivated by pesticides. 5 - you can use sweet potato vermicelli instead of powder skin at home. 6 - if there is no leek, you can leave it alone.
