I didn't go anywhere this new year. I couldn't eat my hometown's bacon. I pickled two streaky pork, fried garlic and had a super dinner.
Step1:Salt the streaky pork, add the soy sauce, rub evenly, massage, put it into a sealed container and seal it for a week.
Step2:Take it out in a week. Hang up the bacon in a well ventilated and sunny place. Air dry for a week.
Step3:Pickled. You can fry garlic
Step4:The bacon is peeled and sliced. It's washed and ready for use. Cut garlic for later use.
Step5:Put oil in the pot. Add bacon and stir fry. Add garlic and stir fry. Add oyster sauce. You can also add some sugar to improve the taste. Out of the pot. Fragrant.
