Most of our eggplants in the north are round eggplants. Now living in the south, almost all of them are long eggplants. It seems that I haven't seen round eggplants in Yunnan yet.
Step1:Deep fried eggplant with a knif
Step2:Stir fry garlic for three or five time
Step3:Add tomato and fry for two or three minute
Step4:Add the fried eggplant. Stir fry and add the juice in advance
Step5:Make a sauce before you leave the pot.
