Step1:Wash chicken wings. Cut two sides. Shred a little ginger and scallion. Shred perilla leaves. Add cooking wine, salt, delicious and a little five spice powder. Mix with chicken wings. Marinate for more than 2 hour
Step2:Separate chicken wings from perilla leaves and scallion ginger. Put aside perilla leaves and scallion ginger for use
Step3:Pour a little oil into the pan. Heat the oil over low heat. Then put the wings in the pan. Fry them slowly until both sides are golden. Turn them over and don't scorch them
Step4:Pour in about half a can of coke. Turn on the medium heat. Stir for a while. Add in the onion, ginger and perilla leaves. Close the lid and cook for about 5 minutes
Step5:Open the lid. Add a small amount of soy sauce, oyster sauce and black pepper. Stir with chopsticks or spatula. Taste whether the soup is salty or not
Step6:When the sauce is boiled, the chicken wings can be clamped out and put on a plate. It's a kind of chicken wings with all colors and flavors.
Cooking tips:1. Chicken wings will taste more delicious and tender after marinating all night; 2. Be sure to color them with soy sauce (or soy sauce). The color will be more red and bright after coming out; 3. If you feel too much oil in the pan after frying the chicken wings, you can use oil absorption paper to wipe the oil in the pan.
