Step3:Sift in low gluten flour, cassava starch and yeast and mix wel
Step4:Stir until the batter is even and free of particles
Step5:Put in the oven and ferment for 50 to 60 minute
Step6:Pour in corn oil and stir evenly. Pour in the mould with oil paper and steam for 30 minutes (the water volume should be enough at one time. Do not open the lid in the middle of the process). Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes and then open the lid
Step7:Take it out. Let it cool and cut it. Q-pop brown sugar cake is ready.
Cooking tips:Don't open the lid in the middle of the process. I used an 8-inch movable bottom mold. When I put it in the pot and steam it with water, I need to add a plate to hold it. Otherwise, the batter will fall into the water and there are skills for cooking.
