First try. Not bad
Step1:Wash the chicken breast. Cut into pieces and put them into a bowl. Add a spoonful of cooking wine, two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of starch, one spoonful of sugar and half of egg white into the bowl.
Step2:Dice the prepared cucumber and carrot. Spare the peanuts.
Step3:Mince onion, ginger, garlic and coriander.
Step4:Add two scoops of oyster sauce, one scoop of soy sauce, one scoop of sugar, one scoop of monosodium glutamate, starch, water and scallion and cauliflower foam to the bowl.
Step5:Add oil in the pot. Put peanuts in when the oil is 50 or 60% hot.
Step6:Deep fry and fish out for later use.
Step7:Put the chicken in the pot. Stir fry and remove.
Step8:Take it out.
Step9:Add pepper, scallion, ginger and garlic to the pot and stir fry for five minutes.
Step10:Continue to add chicken pieces and fried peanuts. Stir fry for three minutes. Pour in the sauce. Stir fry for three minutes.
