Step1:Add five flavor powder, soy sauce, salt and lard to the meat filling, and then add sweet potato starch and warm water to make a thick paste. Don't add too much water. Make sure it's viscous. Because water will be added later.
Step2:Pour in the boiling water. Or the newly boiled bone soup will be more fragrant. Then it becomes a thin paste.
Step3:The steamer is hot. Turn off the heat and put in the stewed paste. Cover with a layer of fresh-keeping film. Turn off the heat and put it again to prevent scalding.
Step4:Steam for half an hour and you will be out of the pot.
