Steamed dumplings with white radish and meat stuffing
Step1:Mix the water and yeast with the flour, knead into a smooth dough, seal it with a plastic wrap, and wake up twice as big when you get warm.
Step2:Wipe the white radish into shreds, put salt in it, marinate for 15 minutes, and then use your hands to grab the water inside. Then take the kitchen knife and chop it for a few times.
Step3:Chop the streaky pork, onion and ginger together. Chop them into mud. Put in white pepper, fresh soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir them in one direction with chopsticks.
Step4:Put the shredded radish into the meat. Stir well and set aside.

Step7:Wake up and fire. First low heat for 3 minutes, then medium heat for 5 minutes. Then change to high heat. Steam for 15 minutes. Leave for 5 minutes and you will be out of the pot. Fragrant.
