I like to cook porridge in casserole. It's more delicious than one button porridge in electric rice cooker. Step1:1. The rice is washed and soaked one night in advance. I do it before I go to bed. 2. Put the rice in the water, boil it in high heat, and then cook it slowly in low heat. Step2:There is also a preserved egg at home. There are only two salted eggs, so they are all put together. When the salted eggs are cooked, cut them.
Step3:4. When cutting ingredients, pay attention to the white rice porridge in the pot. I also need to stir it frequently. It will not paste the bottom. To this extent, you can cook carrots for another 10 minutes or so. Add shredded meat and cook for another 15 minutes or so (the minced meat must be separated with a big spoon, so it won't be lumped). Then place the green vegetable stalks, then the vegetable leaves, finally some shallots, and pour some cooking wine and salt.
