Step1:Cut pork slices into strips, as shown in the pictur
Step2:I use shredded ginger. But you'd better use sliced ginger. It's easy to take out. Cooking wine, raw soy sauce, oil consumption, salt and pepper to marinate it
Step3:This is the mix of soaked millet and brown sugar. I personally like the sweet point. The brown sugar I use is handmade by our local farmers. So I cut it with a knife

Step6:It's not easy to cook glutinous millet. So it takes longer to steam. I used a pot to steam it for an hour. But we still use a pressure cooker to steam it to save gas
Cooking tips:Glutinous millet is sticky and hard to digest. It has skills to not eat too much at a time to make dishes delicious.
