Step1:The material is shown in the figure.
Step2:Cut tomato into pieces and squeeze into juice with proper amount of water. It's OK to cut into small pieces without a juicer or if you don't want to squeeze them and boil them in a pot.
Step3:Put some oil in the pot and saute the garlic and ginger.
Step4:Pour in the squeezed tomato juice. If you want the soup clear and refreshing, you can filter it. I was lazy so I didn't.
Step5:If you don't have enough water, you can add some water. When you boil it thick, add tomato sauce and stir it evenly, then turn off the fire.
Step6:Add some salt to the pot and bring it to a boil. Scald the Flammulina mushroom and remove it to the bottom of the bowl.
Step7:Add cooking wine to the hot water, and then scald the fat cattle. Take it out and put it on the Flammulina mushroom.
Step8:Pour the boiled tomato soup and it's done. You can also put the Flammulina velutipes in the tomato soup and cook them. Phoenix flavor is stronger.
Step9:Sprinkle with scallion and you can eat it.
