Then stand for 10 minutes. The reason why it's in the electric cooker is that it can keep warm. Bean curd brain won't cool down so fast in winter.   8. Step8:Look, this is the finished tofu brain. Is it white jade like? Pour some soy sauce into the bowl. Then add some hot water. Put in a few spoonfuls of bean curd. Put on the mustard and chop the chili. If you don't eat spicy, don't add. Pour a little sesame oil. Sprinkle with scallion.
