Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Cut the pork into about 3cm pieces. Break the beancurd into small piece

  2. Step2:Heat up the pot and add some oil. Heat up the oil and fry the streaky pork until golden brown on both sides. Then add two spoonfuls of soy sauce, some salt and stir fry for a few times

  3. Step3:Stir fry evenly, then add some water. The water and meat are equal. Boil in high heat, then cover and cook for 5 minutes.

  4. Step4:After five minutes, add beancurd and simmer for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, bring to a boil and simmer until the juice is collected.

  5. Step5:I personally like not to stew too dry. Leave a little soup for children's bibimba
